British show jumping – South West Junior Academy

S1 student Grant Smith has been horse riding for three years and show jumping for one year with his pony called George who is an Appaloosa gelding. He jumps between 70cm and 9cm jumps and has won 6 trophies and over 290 rosettes. Well done Grant and George!

Galaxy of Greatness

The Wider Achievement Group is launching a ‘Galaxy of Greatness’ on Friday 24^th February. This involves highlighting pupil’s achievements inside and out of school so they may be recognised for their accomplishments.

Martial Arts Champion

Congratulations to S1 pupil Amy Mitchell who won a gold medal at the Martial Arts championship.

Wider Achievement Assembly

On Thursday 29th June a Wider Achievement Assembly will be held to celebrate the achievements attained by pupils in and out of school. Awards will also be made to pupils who have exhibited good behaviour throughout the year.
